Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction and your pet’s tail wags are our top priority. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help make it right.

Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Items like pet food, treats, grooming products, or personalized items are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized items (e.g., name-tag collars, personalized beds)
  • Opened pet food or treats
  • Sale items marked as “Final Sale”

Exchanges:

Need a different size or color? 

We offer free exchanges for apparel, collars, and harnesses within 14 days. Just ensure the item is in returnable condition.

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  • Visit our Contact Us page
  • Enter your order number and email address
  • State the reason for your return
  • We will reach out to you with a prepaid return label once your return is accepted
  • Print your prepaid return label and drop off your package

You’ll receive confirmation once your return is processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Please contact our customer care team at Contact Us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll sort the issue out for you.
