Washing Instructions (recommended):

• Hand wash in cold water using mild detergent to preserve the waterproof coating.

• Do not bleach as it may damage the fabric and reflective design.

• Do not wring or twist the jacket to avoid deforming the buckles and elastic binding.

• Line dry or lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

• If machine washing is necessary, use a gentle cycle inside a laundry bag to protect the buckles and Velcro.

• Do not iron because high heat can damage waterproof coatings and reflective elements.

Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Items like pet food, treats, grooming products, or personalized items are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized items (e.g., name-tag collars, personalized beds)
• Opened pet food or treats
• Sale items marked as “Final Sale”

Exchanges:

Need a different size or color? No problem!

We offer free exchanges for apparel, collars, and harnesses within 30 days. Just ensure the item is in returnable condition.

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• Enter your order number and email address
• State the reason for your return
• We will reach out to you with a prepaid return label once your return is accepted
• Print your prepaid return label and drop off your package

You’ll receive a confirmation once your return is processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
