Freeze Dried Krill – Mizu&Co.

Freeze-dried krill is a rich source of protein, which is essential for building and repairing tissues in the body. Krill is also high in omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial for pets’ joint health, immune system, and skin and coat health. Krill is a small, bottom-of-the-food-chain creature that is less likely to accumulate high levels of contaminants like mercury and other heavy metals, making it a safe and healthy food source for pets. Krill is highly digestible, which means that pets can absorb its nutrients efficiently and easily.  

 

Suitable for pets over 3 months of age. Always provide access to clean drinking water. Avoid feeding immediately after intense exercise.

The product is designed to be fed dry. Always ensure fresh water is available when feeding. Avoid feeding after strenuous exercise.

Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Items like pet food, treats, grooming products, or personalized items are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized items (e.g., name-tag collars, personalized beds)
• Opened pet food or treats
• Sale items marked as “Final Sale”

Exchanges:

Need a different size or color? No problem!

We offer free exchanges for apparel, collars, and harnesses within 30 days. Just ensure the item is in returnable condition.

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

• Enter your order number and email address
• State the reason for your return
• We will reach out to you with a prepaid return label once your return is accepted
• Print your prepaid return label and drop off your package

You’ll receive a confirmation once your return is processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Please contact our customer care team at support@glamfur.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll fix it ASAP.
