Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Items such as pet food, treats, grooming products, and personalized items are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized items, such as name-tag collars and personalized beds, are non-returnable. Opened pet food or treats and sale items marked “Final Sale” are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem! We offer free exchanges within 30 days for apparel, collars, and harnesses, provided the item is in returnable condition. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Visit our Contact Us page and enter your order number, email address, and the reason for your return or exchange. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Print the label and drop off your package. You’ll receive a confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
